Treatment in Turkey
Can I get treatment in Turkey on finance?
Yes. Remedi offers interest-free monthly payment plans for elective treatment in Turkey. The plan covers the treatment invoice from an approved partner clinic, subject to eligibility and affordability checks.
Which treatments in Turkey can I pay monthly for?
All elective treatments offered by our partner clinics are eligible. Popular procedures include:
- Dental: implants, veneers, Hollywood Smile, All-on-4, All-on-6, Invisalign, crowns, sinus lift and zygomatic implants.
- Aesthetics: rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift and reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction (360°, arms, legs), BBL, mommy makeover, facelift, blepharoplasty, otoplasty and scar revision.
- Hair transplant: FUE, DHI, stem-cell enriched grafts, beard and eyebrow transplants, PRP and exosome therapy.
- IVF and fertility: IVF cycles, egg freezing and reproductive procedures.
- Eye surgery: LASIK, PRK, SMILE (ReLEx), cataract and refractive eye surgery.
Does the plan cover flights, hotels or transfers?
No. Only the medical treatment invoice is financed. Flights, hotels and transfers are arranged and paid for separately.
What if my treatment plan changes after the consultation?
If your clinic changes the price after your consultation, for example for extra implants or grafts, you can pay the difference yourself or make a new application for the added cost. Extra procedures are not automatically included in your original plan.
Who looks after my treatment and aftercare?
Your clinic is responsible for your treatment and aftercare, and any questions about the treatment itself are raised with the clinic directly. Remedi manages your payment plan.
About the payment plan
How does Remedi work?
Remedi Finance Limited provides eligible UK patients with an interest-free Remedi payment plan to help spread the cost of medical treatment provided by a participating clinic.
If your application is approved, Remedi will pay the clinic in accordance with the payment arrangements agreed with the clinic, and you will repay Remedi by monthly instalments under your Remedi payment plan.
Before approving a Remedi payment plan, we assess whether the plan is suitable and affordable for you.
Is it really 0% interest?
Yes. Remedi does not charge interest on the treatment amount financed under your Remedi payment plan.
Remedi does not charge a set-up fee. Please read your Remedi payment plan and the clinic’s treatment terms carefully so you understand the treatment price, deposit, repayment schedule and any other costs that may apply under your clinic agreement.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is required to confirm your Remedi payment plan. The deposit is applied to your total treatment price and is not a Remedi set-up fee or charge for credit.
The deposit is usually 20% of the total treatment price, although you may choose to pay more if you wish. The remaining balance will be repaid by monthly instalments under your Remedi payment plan.
Eligibility and applying
Who is eligible for a Remedi payment plan?
To be eligible to apply for a Remedi payment plan, you must:
- be a UK resident, excluding the Channel Islands;
- be aged 18 or over;
- have a UK billing address;
- have a valid email address and UK mobile number; and
- have a UK bank account for repayments.
All applications are subject to status, eligibility, affordability and verification checks.
How can I apply for Remedi?
You can apply for a Remedi payment plan through a participating clinic. Please ask your clinic for its Remedi application link.
As part of the application, we may ask for information about you, your treatment plan and your ability to make repayments.
Does applying affect my credit score?
We may carry out a soft eligibility check using Experian and/or other credit reference agency data. A soft check will not affect your credit score.
If you are approved and enter into a Remedi payment plan, missing payments or failing to repay what you owe may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future and, where applicable, may affect your credit file or credit score.
How long does the application process take?
The application usually takes only a few minutes to complete. In many cases, eligibility decisions can be made quickly, but this may take longer if we need further information or manual review.
Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to status, eligibility, affordability and verification checks.
How do I inform the clinic of my approval?
If your application is approved, your clinic may be notified that you have been approved for a Remedi payment plan. You should also contact your clinic to confirm your appointment and confirm that you wish to use Remedi as your payment option.
We will not share your credit-search result, credit score, credit-reference data, affordability assessment or credit decisioning information with the clinic.
Payments and repayments
How much can I borrow?
You can borrow between £1,500 and £20,000, subject to eligibility and affordability checks.
Who do I pay the deposit to, and when?
You pay the deposit to Remedi, not the clinic, within 7 days of signing your agreement.
When is my first monthly payment taken, and how do I pay?
Your first monthly payment is taken after your treatment, by direct debit.
Is the clinic paid before or after my treatment?
The clinic is paid once you have signed and confirmed the treatment invoice. This usually happens when you arrive at the clinic, before your procedure. The clinic uploads the signed invoice and Remedi pays the clinic at that point, not months later.
Are payments in pounds?
Yes. Your plan is arranged and repaid in pounds, so there is no exchange rate risk.
Can I repay a Remedi payment plan early?
Yes. You can repay your Remedi payment plan early, either in part or in full, at any time through your account on the Remedi website or by contacting us.
Does Remedi charge late fees?
No. Remedi does not charge late-payment fees.
If you miss a payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your situation and seek to agree a suitable repayment arrangement.
What happens if I miss a payment on my Remedi payment plan?
If you are unable to make a payment, please contact Remedi as soon as possible. We will work with you to understand your circumstances and discuss options that may help you get back on track.
If we cannot agree to a repayment arrangement, or if amounts remain unpaid, we may take steps to recover the outstanding balance, which may include using a debt collection agency.
If you are struggling financially, please contact us as soon as possible. You can also get free, impartial debt advice from organisations such as StepChange or MoneyHelper.
Clinics and safety
How does Remedi assess clinics in Turkey?
We check regulatory licences and quality certificates, with JCI accreditation preferred. Doctors with memberships of international associations such as ISAPS are a plus. Only clinics that meet international quality and safety standards are approved.
Clinics must be experienced with UK patients, with a steady flow of cases, a strong record of safe outcomes and ideally a 4.5/5 online rating. Insurance is required: malpractice cover for doctors and post-operative insurance for patients. Data protection must meet UK standards, and all contracts, pricing and disclosures must be provided in English.
We also look at the patient experience: English-speaking staff or translators, 24/7 WhatsApp support, transfers and accommodation, structured aftercare with free post-op check-ups and online follow-up, and patient satisfaction above 90%. Marketing readiness is part of the review too, including an English-language website and a UK (+44) contact number. Where a clinic is missing a smaller element, such as a +44 number, we help them put it in place during onboarding.
Can Remedi connect me with a clinic if I have not chosen one?
Yes. We can match you with approved partner clinics that have already been assessed.
Can I change clinic after I am approved?
Yes, but you will need to go through a new approval, as your plan is reassessed for the new clinic’s invoice.
Cancellations, refunds and complaints
What is Remedi’s cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Remedi payment plan before your medical treatment has started by contacting Remedi. If your plan is cancelled before treatment starts, we will cancel future repayments and refund any deposit you have paid to us, unless a deduction is legally permitted and clearly explained to you.
Once your treatment has started, your Remedi payment plan may not be cancellable in the same way. However, you may still have rights to early repayment, refunds, complaints and other consumer law rights depending on the circumstances.
Your treatment is provided by your clinic under your treatment contract with the clinic. If you wish to cancel or change your treatment, you should contact your clinic as soon as possible.
How do I request a refund?
If your treatment has not yet started and your Remedi payment plan is cancelled, Remedi will cancel future repayments and refund any deposit you have paid to us, subject to the terms of your Remedi payment plan and any applicable legal rights.
If your treatment has already started or has been supplied, please contact your clinic to discuss any refund under your treatment contract, the clinic’s policies and your consumer law rights.
If your clinic confirms that a refund is due, we will review how that refund affects your Remedi payment plan and will adjust your repayment schedule where appropriate.
If you have a dispute about a refund, treatment cancellation or treatment delivery, you can also contact Remedi so we can consider whether the issue affects your Remedi payment plan.
Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about Remedi, your application or your Remedi payment plan, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
You can submit a complaint using the Contact Us section of our website or by emailing complaints@remedifinance.com.
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly. If we resolve your complaint by close of business on the third business day after we receive it, we will send you a summary resolution communication.
If we cannot resolve your complaint within that period, we will investigate your complaint and send you our final response as soon as possible and no later than 8 weeks after we receive your complaint.
If we cannot send you a final response within 8 weeks, we will send you a written holding response explaining why we are not yet able to provide a final response, when we expect to provide one, and your right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you remain dissatisfied with our final response, or if we have not sent you a final response within 8 weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.
How do I contact Remedi?

Your data and regulation
What information is shared with my clinic in Turkey?
Your clinic only receives the health and personal information you give them directly, under their own consent process. Remedi does not collect or process your medical records. Clinics share only the treatment type and invoice amount with Remedi for financing. Your financial and credit data stay with Remedi and are never shared with clinics.
Is Remedi regulated?
Yes. Remedi Finance Limited is deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Temporary Permissions Regime for regulated deferred payment credit. Firm reference number: 1059132.
For clinics
Offering Remedi at your clinic
What is Remedi?
Remedi is a payment plan designed specifically for healthcare clinics in Turkey. We provide a payment method that increases sales and order volumes by enabling your patients to pay for treatments in simple, interest-free instalments. We help make medical services more accessible by breaking down the total cost into smaller, more manageable payments.
How do I sign up for my clinic?
Simply fill out the contact form on our website with a few details, and a dedicated representative will get in touch with you.
How much does Remedi cost?
It’s free to sign up with Remedi! There are no set-up fees or monthly fees. The only cost is a clinic fee that varies based on the plan you choose. Please fill out the contact form on our website to speak with a Remedi representative and learn more.
How and when do I receive payment for services?
At setup, we will collect your bank account details so that we can electronically deposit funds into your account. Remedi will pay the advance payment to your clinic’s designated bank account within 3 business days of the patient signing the invoice and Remedi receiving confirmation of the completion of services rendered.
How are patients approved?
Remedi carries out instant electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC) verification and credit risk assessment as part of determining patient eligibility. We confirm the patient’s identity and evaluate their creditworthiness using various data points, including credit history, open banking data and financial behaviour.
Our proprietary credit analytics engine assesses over 200 attributes to optimise approvals and minimise risk across the healthcare segments we serve.
Which countries and treatments can clinics offer Remedi for?
Turkey is our main market, but a clinic in any country can become a partner if it meets our approval requirements, including licences, insurance, patient safety, treatment quality and readiness to serve UK patients.
Approved clinics can offer Remedi for elective treatment including dental, hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, IVF and eye surgery.
What do you look for in a partner clinic?
Valid licences, insurance and recognised certifications, strong patient reviews, a clear complaints process and a presence in the UK market. Onboarding checks eight defined criteria covering regulatory approval, quality standards and patient care.
Who carries the risk if a patient stops paying?
Remedi carries the credit risk. Clinics are paid once the treatment invoice is signed and confirmed, and receivables are assigned to Remedi, so clinics are not exposed to repayment risk. Remedi manages arrears, collections and reporting under UK consumer credit rules.
Remedi’s role is limited to financing. The clinic remains responsible for the medical services it provides.
