Every clinic is checked before it can offer a plan
A clinic has to pass our due diligence before any patient can use a Remedi payment plan there. Among other things, we look for:
- Valid facility licences and active insurance cover
- International quality certifications and strong online reviews
- A transparent complaints resolution process
- A UK contact number and/or aftercare presence

Remedi Credit Plan is a regulated, interest-free credit agreement provided by Remedi Finance Limited (RFL). RFL is deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the purposes of the Temporary Permission Regime (TPR) for Regulated Deferred Payment Credit (DPC). Details of the TPR, which allows firms to carry on DPC activities while seeking full authorisation, are available on the FCA website.
